Keep the brain active.

0k some people may not agree but i feel that sleeping all night and part of the day is not any more healthy than not sleeping atall the brain needs activity to keep it healthy just as the body does and if we are asleep all night and part of the day it is not getting enough activity.  Its easier to lose touch with the world if you sleep nearly all the time than if you occupy the mind doing some thing like playing a game in the afternoon. The internet is more healthy for the elderly than no internet it keep you busy and stops you relying on others all the time, you can shop on it,you can read on it, you can chat on it, there are louds of things to keep a lonly heart happy at any age. blogging.101
